    
It’s been many months since the old brick bus shelter in Bridge Street
was demolished unexpectedly.
Following lengthy discussions with the Insurer and researching designs,
seeking the views of nearby residents, negotiating with suppliers and
installation contractors, Alpheton Parish Council are delighted to announce
the arrival of a modern style replacement.
At the same time the Council has taken the opportunity to replace the old
waste bin and erect a larger noticeboard which will be shared by both
the Parish Council and Alpheton Jubilee Hall notices.
We hope this new shelter and noticeboard will be of benefit to all residents
of the Parish.
